Hello! I’m Dr. Andrew Clary, a nonoperative spine physician based in Minneapolis, MN. I founded Convo Note out of a deep concern for the amount of time we spend away from patient care, often rushing to complete our notes at the expense of capturing critical details—especially with all the recent E/M coding updates. With input from numerous physicians and other clinicians, and after a year of refining our approach, we’ve developed a system that makes documentation easier and more accurate.
